Dave has been in the construction real estate investment industry since 2004. He started out as a hands on redeveloping investor of distressed properties with a focus on homes from the Queen Anne and Colonial Revival periods. These homes presented many challenges with architecture and structure, but the end results were 100 plus year-old homes that were completely remodeled inside and out with current electrical, plumbing, heating/ventilation and modern appliances. In 2008, Dave re-focused on custom basement finishing and bathroom remodels. Today, Dave and Colorado Basement Company continue to fulfill homeowners’ dreams by creating amazing basements and bathrooms within budget and on time.
