What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Real Estate can be exciting, exhilirating and even fun! The experience that you have depends on who you hire to help you navigate this sometimes complicated, always hectic transition. When you hire me, you hire a professional problem solver with strong negotiation skills, years of experience and contacts all over the state.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in professional sales for 27 years with the last 10 in real estate. My family are natives to Colorado and have lived and grown up in the South Metro area I hold certifications in Real Estate, Negotiation, Senior Home Certification as well as a bachelors degree in sales and market. I am a certified home wiling and able to help you in a time of need. I have been name one of the top preforming salesman with RE/MAX Alliance for the last 9 years.
