I have been a full time Realtor since 2007 and have earned the following designations; Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNE), Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Bank Owned "REO" Specialist (REOS), am certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and am a Luxury home professional.
I love helping people buy and sell real estate! Many of my clients become close personal friends and truly appreciate the work I put in to get them a great deal on their home purchase OR TOP DOLLAR for their home sale. Having grown up in Colorado, I understand and can address various concerns buyers have related to soils, situs or climate.
