What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will inspect the home as I was buying it and at the end I will walk my client through the house showing the major issues I found and go into detail about them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Paramedic Fire Fighter for 15 years where I perform building inspections as part of my daily duties. I have been doing home inspections since 2013 and I am also a Certified Master Inspector with over 1000 Inspections and training.

I bought my first home and had a Horrible experience with my inspector and decided I never want any one to go through what I went through.
