Tina Moore has lived and worked in the Denver Metro area for the last 29 years, graduate of University of North Texas State, wife, and mother of three. She has helped open and run two Real Estate Offices. She loves working with buyers and sellers to make sure they get the the most for their money. Tina also helps her clients with property management of their investment properties. Her dedication to service and professionalism is exceeded only by her enthusiasm to recognize each client’s unique visions. Prior to entering the real estate profession in 2005, she was a programmer and stay at home Mom raising her three girls.
She has degrees in Computer Science and Business, including Graduate REALTOR Institute (G.R.I)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For my buyer clients, I take time to get to know them to find out what they are really looking for in a home. I help getting lenders, down payment assistance, credit repair, and negotiating the best price. For my seller clients, I am willing to get my hands dirty decluttering and stagging my clients home. I will handle finding repair people, stagers, or auction companies if it is needed. I will do what other agents won't do to make sure their home is sold for the most money in the quickest amount of time.
