About
A Colorado Native, Lance began his licensed real estate career while living in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2001. As an agent with RE/MAX in NM & CO, Lance has consulted clients in the purchase and sale of multi-family properties, investment properties, vacant land, single-family homes, commercial properties, as well as commercial properties for lease. He has successfully represented various luxury custom homebuilders and local developers, and worked as qualifying broker for a large publicly traded national homebuilder.
In December of 2007 Lance returned to Colorado with an opportunity to work at RE/MAX World Headquarters as a Senior Business Development and Franchise Sales Consultant. Lance specialized in selling residential and commercial real estate offices throughout the Western half of the United States. With a successful wife in the industry who is always on the go and two daughters at home, Lance gratefully transitioned back into local real estate to be present for his family.
Lance has a profound and unique real estate background positioning him to professionally assist you with your real estate needs.
I have a unique real estate background which really helps me in everything I do. Every situation is different and no matter what type of real estate transaction I am working on or who I am working with, it is always different. As a result, I am always learning something new and applying my existing knowledge and both past & new experiences to the next person and situation.
I enjoy being able to help others and I enjoy working with a large network of different people. I like being helpful and for as much technology as there is today; you can't scratch and sniff a home and you can't hire a tech team to employ the negotiation skills I can bring to the table. For that, I am grateful.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in managing expectations. There are a lot of moving parts. First, interview me and see if you think we are a good fit. If so, we can move to the next steps of discussing the process based what type of real estate you are interested in Selling or Buying. Each type of business calls for a little bit different approach and it's important to talk through strategy and what to expect for each situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been licensed in 2 states for real estate and I have been licensed in CO for mortgage loans even though I do not practice mortgage origination. I do however think it's extremely important to know as much as you can about the process. I hold a Divorce and Senior Real Estate Designation, a Military Relocation Designation, and a three year long Negotiation & Consulatative Sales Designation and more. I am a student of my industry and you can learn more about who I am by visiting my website online www.mycosearch.com.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No, my services and pricing are driven by who I can help & what type of property they want to buy or sell. I know my value and what I bring to the table. I am Also confident that I have aggressive pricing too. That said, I am positive that what I have learned throughout 18 years of business will yield any customer more money on the sale of their property and a better equity position on their purchase than any crazy flat fee I could ever bring to the table. If you want to do it right, call me.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in NM. My mom was and still is in the business and and had been for years back when I started. She would always ask me to consider...I am glad she is so persistant! Thank you Mom!
One day I came to and decided to learn more about real estate. I haven't looked back ever since then.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Home owners, investors, developers, banks...pretty much all types.
