Kim Wills began her career in Real Estate on the development side for a 1,000-acre property where she played a vital role in creating a successful mixed-use development. The project allowed her to gain experience with land and water planning, environmental/green initiatives and the entitlement process—all of which benefit her clients today. In addition to her work as an agent, Kim teaches real estate classes and mentors new agents.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet or talk with them and listen their goals are: time line, financing, spending amount, likes, dislikes, life happenings, etc. Evaluate the items that are the most imortant and determine how I can best support their goals. Set forth an action plan to help them achieve those goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business for almost 20 years. I have been a teacher, trainer, mentor, and worked in all facates of the real estate industry from development, residential sales, buyers representative, commerical. I have extensive knowlegde with acreage and horse properties and the intricasies involved with them. I am in Certified Luxury Home Marketing.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a managing partners team for a 1,000-acre property, playing an instrumental role in creating a successful mixed-use development. The project allowed me to gain experience with land and water, planning, environmental/green initiatives and the entitlement process—all of which benefit her clients today.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types - Buyer, first time home buyers, sellers, luxury home sales and marketing, luxury home buyers, farms, horse properties, acreage, short sales, foreclosures, REO, relocation, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love finding houses that are diamonds in the rough. I recently help a client find a house that had so much potential and helped them see the possibilities of it. They fixed it up, and it was an amazing house that they were able to make their forever home. It give me fgeat joy to help people bring happiness into their lives. I also enjoy making deals as stress-free as possible.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that they have the quatlifications to look out for your best interests. Make sure that they have a reputation of listening to their clients and getting what is in the best interest of the client.
