Sold a Single Family home in 2019 in Parker, CO.
I am SO Grateful that I found Lynne Wright to sell my house in the King Ranch Estates area in Parker. She is an extremely adept and capable person, and her sales ability is Amazing! This is not my first Rodeo, but there were details involved that might have overwhelmed me if she hadn't been there.

Lynne proved to be a tireless advocate for us, both as a listing agent and as a buyer's broker. She handled the sale of our home with ease. Her marketing was continual and effective. As a buyer's broker, she always had time to show us homes, she gave us daily updates of new and upcoming properties.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From initial contact I have a phone interview. From this information I should have a good idea of the areas a client is looking in, and the specifics on what they are looking for. Matching the perfect locations and sizes of homes or townhomes is an easy process when you have so many years of experience.
From an interview with a home owner, I will determine the best ways to assist them in making the most on their invest in the home. Easy transactions no matter the condition of the property are my specialty.
