About
I don't just do inspections. I'm concerned about your safety and protecting you from those big ticket item surprises.
Following are the additional protections I offer with every inspection:
-Buy Your Home Back Guarantee
-90 day warranty with ZERO deductible
-Recall Check for appliances and systems
-5 year, $3000 roof leak warranty
-Sewer Guard, 90 day warranty against sewer line leaks
-18 Month extended warranty for the price of 12 months
All 3rd-party warranties may have ductibles and/or max coverages.
For most people, a home is their largest purchase. I earned my experience in over 1,000 inspections. My goal is to educate you, the buyer, of the health of the home to protect you from unknown maintenance issues or safety concerns of the property. My goal is to provide you with the details you need to make the best decisions as you invest in a future home. Since I've started, all my inspections have been word of mouth/referrals. Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a client calls and we set an appointment. I usually ask, on an average sized home, for the client to show up at the end of the inspection, about 1:45 minutes after I've started. I then will walk them through the property and explain everything I've found. My reports will come to the client and realtor the same day via e-mail and they are completely digital.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did not start on my own. I was hands on trained for 6 months. I'm NACHI certified here in CO and have been for 4 yrs.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Standard pricing can be seen on my Facebook page:

What types of customers have you worked with?
I've done over 1000 inspections so I've worked with every type of person of all ages, creeds and religions.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
In CO we currently don't have to be licensed or certified. I would suggest someone who is certified as the state does not mandate licenses.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
That's hard to say. I have had clients whose parents are either plumbers or electricians or experts in some other field. I've also worked with those who know nothing. That is the reason to hire someone like myself. It's my job to inspect every inch of the property and present to the client my findings.
