We not only just groom your dog(s), we try hard to make sure they truly see this is as a spa day and become comfortable and enjoy every minute of their time with us. Between Shannon(43+ years) and Cassie(5years) a mother daughter team, there is many years of grooming experience and knowledge to ensure your dog gets the proper care.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need info about your pet, name, kind of dog, if it's ever been groomed before, if yes, how long ago? As of right now we are taking very few Extra Large breeds. Please still reach out and we will let you know if we can help you or not.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have pricing tiers based on regular grooming schedules (4 to 12 weeks)or over due grooming schedules(13+ weeks).
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you have puppy the process must start slow and my require more appointments up front to get your pet comfortable with the grooming process. If your pet is over due for a grooming it make take longer and cost more depending on what the coat conditions are. And if your pet is elderly it may also require more time as they require a little more care and time to safely get them through the steps.
