What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We understand that online reviews play a heavy part in a consumers decision making process. We work hard to offer exemplary customer service and hope that is evident in our Google reviews. Above and beyond that we want to help you make the best choice in size and your budget so we happily walk you through the process of ordering and using a roll-off dumpster. Our office staff is there to happily answer your questions and one of our owners is almost always available.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What size container for you need? Will it fit in your driveway? Some cities require a permit for containers to be in the street.
How long will you need the dumpster? Average rental days included are 7-14 days. Longer times may incur an additional fee.
What items are you planning to put in the dumpster? Our website, totaldisposalofdenver, shows a list of prohibited items.
Are you working with a local company who actually owns their own trucks and containers and oversees their own schedule or are they a Broker who is only taking your order and calling a local company for delivery? Some local companies do work together in busier times of the year to meet demand.
Orders do require a credit card payment over the phone prior to set up and delivery. Other forms of payment will not typically be an option.
