While making the appointment is super simple and finding her house was as well, I got my sweet Portuguese pondengo terrier mix back and she looked like she got mauled by a bear. Her hair all over was different lengths and then with further look over she had a cut in her armpit that was still bleeding when I brought her home. Now I know mistakes happen but she didn’t even let me know it had happened. When I was looking for an affordable pet groomer I was looking for one that did a decent enough job! I could of gave my dog this haircut. I can’t figure out how to add pictures but I wish I could show you what she looks like.

Kelly was very flexible and accommodating to our schedule. We knew our dog, Percy would be in good hands from her strong references and pictures. Percy was very overgrown and Kelly took wonderful care of him and made him look great! We appreciate her wonderful grooming skills and would highly recommend Kelly!
