Jimmie Ciccone came out and in less than a half hour got my AC system back running at top performance! He cleaned the sides of the condenser grill, checked the air handler, checked on frequency of filter changes and then found that the power breaker in the panel was off (apparently turned off and not recycled by the alarm installer). Once the system was running and pressure normalized he checked the refrigerant charge and said it was perfect!! He only charged for the service fee to come out!!! This is an honest and religious man (not in the evangelical, religion-for-profit sense, but in the Christian sense - there’s a big difference)!!!!! I will wholeheartedly recommend Jimmie Ciccone and True Blue Heating and Air to everyone who needs heating and AC work!!!

They did their job and and the air condition works fine. Easily to get along with and they cleaned up after their work.

Their bid was the lowest of 4 bids and they had very good recent reviews. The installers we very professional and creative with my installation requirements. I needed a crawlspace / horizontal install of a complete residential HVAC system as well as a new location for the new condenser unit. It has only been a few days with the new Amana system, but so far so good. It is much quieter.

They came out and gave me an estimate and did the installation promptly and professionally. Maybe more semi-professional, most companies put on booties when walking through the house, this company did put down a floor covering but walked elsewhere during the final part of the installation, which is why I gave the 4 stars and not 5. Overall we are very pleased.

Work was professional, people were knowledgeable and friendly.

The guys did an excellent job, very professional and did it at a fair price!
