Their bid was the lowest of 4 bids and they had very good recent reviews. The installers we very professional and creative with my installation requirements. I needed a crawlspace / horizontal install of a complete residential HVAC system as well as a new location for the new condenser unit. It has only been a few days with the new Amana system, but so far so good. It is much quieter.

They came out and gave me an estimate and did the installation promptly and professionally. Maybe more semi-professional, most companies put on booties when walking through the house, this company did put down a floor covering but walked elsewhere during the final part of the installation, which is why I gave the 4 stars and not 5. Overall we are very pleased.

AC went out at 5 and Jim showed up at 7 to quote. He had a crew out at 8 am the next morning, installed a new heat pump by 11 am. All is cool now. Everyone in his crew was knowledgeable and friendly.
