What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After getting a few thoughts from you over the phone I will visit you and assess your home, your current system and try to understand your wants and needs. I then will give you ideas of what I think is the best solutions for you and your home 🏠
I give you the time needed to decide what you're best options are and take the necessary time to answer any and all of your questions you have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NATE certified service technician and have continued my education for the past 40 years to keep up on new and changing options to best suit your needs.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I don't have a standard pricing system because I analyze everything about your home and figure my prices ala cart to give you the best price for the best system.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a helper (tool carrier) just out of high school. Then went on to learn as much as I could with different classes, seminars, training courses and of course on the job training for years with the school of hard knocks thrown in at times. Now I continue my education daily to learn as much as I can on new efficient equipment and how it works.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a lot of people that are anywhere from engineers to just getting the first bit of information about the job at hand
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have grandchildren that are teenagers and all have either graduated or are in line to graduate high school and are moving on to college or military or trade school one granddaughter graduated high school 2020 and just left to the army.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If possible take the time needed to choose the best options for your home and you. Not all companies have your best interest at heart
