How did you get started in this business?
I always had a passion for real estate, probably got it from family. My father was a general contractor and had uncles that were in real estate development.

Buyers, sellers and investors.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently just closed on a transaction on the Sacramento River. It was raw land my client wanted to build on and there are so many layers of government agencies you must go through to even get approval to build on the river. It was a several month project but a great experience.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Interview the professional you are thinking about hiring. Make sure they have the skill set you are looking for and just as important make sure that you have a personality fit. These transaction can get very intense and it’s important that your agent can relate to you.
