New Inventory: The majority of our furnishings are brand new. Much of it we buy specifically for the home we are staging. As a result you get a high end designer feel with the finished product.
Designer Approach: Our designers start with the architecture of the home as well as the demographics of the area to create a design to appeal to the largest buyer pool. As a result our homes are selling for 15-18% more and in 1/3 of the time than our competition.
Marketing: We help market your home to our agent database of over 3500 active agents & co-brand our marketing pieces with the listing agent information.
