Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Scoence in Building Sciences, Certificate of Architectural Acoustics, Registered Architect licensed in seven states, member of the American Institute of architects, certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
A rough estimate would be between 6% and 12% of construction cost depending on the size of the project, with smaller projects having higher percentage fees, and larger projects having lower percentage fees.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have experience in residential projects from remodels to additions to new houses. I have worked on single family houses, apartments, and mixed use projects. My portfolio also includes restaurants, day cares, retail stores, office spaces, banks and religious buildings.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would check references, ask for proof of licensure, proof of professional liability insurance coverage, and ask about how the provider handles changes during design and problems that arise in construction.
