What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet for an initial consultation to discuss the client's specific needs. If the client isn't local we can discuss via phone or ZOOM.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up-to-date on all of my continuing education to renew my broker's license. I also attend many real estate webinars to stay in tune with the new laws and details surrounding real estate in California.

How did you get started in this business?
I grew up in a real estate family in Utah. I helped them when I was young. After moving to San Diego in 2001 I started my own real estate career and have been selling real estate full time since then.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask alot of questions and choose the realtor you feel most comfortable with. Selling or buying is one of the most stressful times for people so its important to have an experienced realtor on your side.
