For Homeguide customers I will list your home for a 4% commission, hopefully this will help you sellers out there. The commission is split between the listing agent and the buying agent.

I will go over and above what is expected of me. I love to help my clients and place myself in their shoes so I understand how they feel and can better understand what they need.

I love helping people sell their house so they can start over somewhere else and make the transition as smooth as possible. I also enjoy helping people find a new home that they can call home and make their transaction as smooth as possible. I go above and beyond to make that happen.

    I would meet with you to determine your wants and needs. Once that’s done, we’d discuss the next steps to reach that goal. They are different if you are a Buyer vs. a Seller.

    For a Seller, I’d run some comps to see what your home would sell for. If we both agreed to work with each other, we’d sit down and talk about the steps we need to take to get your home listed and sold at the best price. I’d run a sellers' net sheet so you’d know how much you’d net if you sell the home at a certain price.

    For a Buyer, I’d find out what exactly you wanted in a home and I’d set up a search and we would start previewing homes. 

    I have a Real Estate License and I am also a Realtor, which includes continuous ethical and educational training. 

    For Buyers, there is no charge, as we get paid from the listing agent's commission when you purchase a home.  

    To sell your home, my usual charge is 5% to list it (from which I have to pay the buyers' agent) but for Homeguide customers I will only charge 4%. This fee is split between the listing and selling agents. 

    I got started in this business because many years ago I had a great Realtor selling my home and found the whole process to be quite interesting. 

    I work with both sellers and buyers. 

    Do your homework and know whether you are choosing a Real Estate Agent or a Realtor. A Realtor has to complete many education requirements which include courses on ethics.

    Also, meet with the person you choose to see if you are a fit for each other. 

    Sellers: Ask yourself, how soon can I move? Also ask yourself, how much do you need to get out of the sale in order for you to make the decision to sell? Where will I move to? How many days do I need from the time a Buyer puts an offer on my home to the day I need to move out?...

    Buyers: Write down and decide exactly what it is you want in a home. Do you want a single story home? How many bedrooms, bathrooms and garage spaces do you need? Do you care how old the home is? Do you want a pool? What size lot do you want? Do you want to stay in a certain school district?
