Kathy provides real estate services to clients throughout Solano, Yolo and Sacramento Counties. She studies these markets full time and skillfully negotiates on behalf of buyers to gain the best value for their investment. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I connect by phone and email to learn the customer's needs and timeframe. I then set up a meeting appointment with the customer to share strategies I implement for buying or selling real estate. I like to spend some time learning about the customer's expectations so that I can establish the means to achieve the customer's goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a California Real Estate Brokers License, a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Administration, and have worked many years in both the private and public domaines.
