I am a negotiator on your behalf, so you get the best price and terms for your transaction. I am your trusted advisor, offering advice and guidance based on current market conditions. I provide recommendations and referrals to every factor that relates to buying or selling a home, which include: mortgage specialists, inspectors, contractors, moving companies, and so much more. I am a communicator, which means you will never feel out of the loop.
