Greta Eoff, Bella Vie Real Estate

Greta Eoff has a passion for community. In fact, her mother likes to tell how Greta, as a first-grader, signed herself up for Girl Scouts and asked her teacher for extra copies of assignments to distribute in the neighborhood to better prepare her friends for school.

Along that arc of education and service, Greta has an undergraduate degree in psychology and a graduate degree in marriage and family therapy. That, and her 15 years of experience in employee training and development, underscores her strengths as a real estate professional, building relationships with clients and keeping them informed throughout the process. Buyers, sellers, and investors benefit from her sharing her professional network of local landscape artists, house cleaners, contractors, and inspectors — another example of her commitment to the community.

Greta volunteers with her professional peers as well. She has secured a Green Designation from the National Association of Realtors® and serves with the Yolo County Association of Realtors® (Yolo AR®) and the Yolo County Community Services Action Board. In return, she has been named Yolo AR® Realtor® of the Year, Woodland Volunteer of the Year, and is a Masters Club status recipient. Additionally, she’s a leader of Omega Nu, a women’s philanthropic organization. She directs projects for the Willow Oak 4-H Club and has been a Girl Scout troop leader.

In her spare time, Greta loves hiking, reading, travel, and supporting her children in their activities, whether it’s in school, 4-H, Girl Scouts, or being a Little League team mom.
