About
Applying all my experience, skills and care to your housing needs. I like to get to know the client so I can put myself on their place, so I can fully understand their needs, wants, likes, to know exactly what are they looking for in a transaction. I make my clients housing needs my priority and goal. A lot of my bussiness come from repeated business from satisfied clients or new clients that my past clients have referred to me.
Helping people either selling or buying a house, making the process as easy and stress free as possible. If selling, I p rovide my advice and help on the right price setting (I provide a licensed appraiser free of charge) I also help with advising on things to fix or change if recommended before putting the house in the market, and I offer free help with staging as well. I provide extensive marketing so we can find buyers quickly and I host open houses that are always effective. If buying, I always listen to what my clients say they need, want, like, feel, etc. I will also provide my opinion if I find that a property has issues that might not make it the best match for my client. I will provide the buyer multiple choices of suitable homes, and I will make my schedule flexible to accomodate theirs. I like to be very organized and very hands on as well so we can have smooth real estate transactions. I feel it's a tremendous satisfaction to complete a successful transaction where the parties are happy with what they accomplished and happy with dealing with the realtor (me) as well!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know things that matter to them: their needs and wants, likes, special circumstances. I want to know and understand them so we can be on the same page when we are doing business together. I like to make a personal connection because I care about the people as much as I do about the transaction. I believe buying or selling a home shouldn't be complicated. I apply all my experience, skills and care to my clients housing needs.

I started doing relocation services first (rentals for people relocating to the area through their work) I eventually got my real estate license and transitioned to becoming a realtor.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types, really: easy ones, more demanding ones. First time buyers, repeated customers, investors. Computer savvy and those who needed to sign everything on hard copies. Single, married, other. Male, female. Several age groups and a diversity of nationalities and etniticities. English and Spanish speaking customers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Closing a home just a few days ago. Bringing the keys and closing gifts to my clients. Seeing the happiness in the family who bought the home. Knowing that our relationship will continue beyond the end of this transaction.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Have a good talk with the agent, get to know the agent. Feel the connection or the lack of it! Ask many questions about things they already know and others that they don't and see how the agent responds. Gauge the level of comfort and reassurance felt with the agent.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Needs. Wants. Likes. Budget. Location. Anything else that matters to them (school, businesses, amenities, jobs, commuting, etc...)
