As all properties are unique, each one is assessed so that we may provide the best possible pricing. We cover San Diego County, Inland Empire, Orange and LA Counties and have worked with all types of properties, in countless sizes and configurations. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We would advise people looking to hire an inspector to get an overview of what their services include. We feel that it's very important for customers to know what to expect and if, and how, they may need to prepare for the inspection. We also encourage people to look at sample reports as reports can vary quite a lot. What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Whether people are preparing for a pre-listing inspection, purchase inspection, builder warranty inspection, routine check-up inspection, or any other, they should think about any issues, past, or present, active, or repaired, that they are aware of that they want their inspector to look more closely at. For example, if there was a previous leak at a property, even though the inspection is non-invasive, meaning, they can't open walls, they are highly trained to check the area with thermal imaging to look for temperature changes behind walls.
