What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and talk with the client to ascertain his/her needs/wants, visit the site where the building will be built/remodeled/added to and research public agency zoning/ordinances.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years out of 6 year Master program in Architecture and Urban Design, UBA, Argentina (equivalent to Bachelor degree in California). More courses on Computer aided design in UC Berkeley and SFSU.
46 years of experience in: Reinforced concrete high-rise residential and office buildings, Wood framed and ICF residential buildings in Oregon and California.
