Normally I try to talk to my customers so they wpuld try to get to know me better and so they can be in their comfort zone around me
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of all my family all have dogs. So I’m the one always taking them for walks , feeding them, giving them baths, take them with me to the dog park, sometimes since my family travels they leave their pets with me since they trust that much to take care of them.
