About this pro

I'm a certified pet stylist. I attended the John Paul Mitchel Pet Grooming school and completed over 600 hours of both classroom and hands on training in grooming as well as small animal handling safety.

Here at Kimberly’s Dog Grooming, we offer a clean, stress free, cage free grooming experience.

We come to you, to either your home or work in our mobile grooming spa van. No driving your fur baby to the salon where they will be left in cages for several hours, while other dogs are barking. This can be quite a frightening experience for your fur baby. Our services offer you peace of mind knowing your pet is just steps away from you the entire time. Throughout the time while in our care, well look over the entire pet, and report back to you if any bumps, lumps or anything else is found that may be concerning. Early detection of possible ailments can often times be life saving, so I’ll do my best to assist you with keeping your pets healthy and happy. Your pet will have our full attention while in my care. We believe in quality over quantity, which means I'll never rush your pet through it's grooming. I aim to give your pet the best grooming experience as possible, assuring they feel comfortable thru out the entire grooming process.

Our new, freshly built grooming spa van, is equipped with warm water to provide your pet with the ultimate spa day experience.

Our van is temperature controlled, water and treats are provided, as well as your pet will have a choice of toy to complete the grooming experience. ( new clients only) We make sure your pet feels comfortable through out the entire grooming experience, making sure not to rush them through the process. This is especially great for seniors pets or those that tend to stress easily. We treat your pet as if he were our own,  with love and a gentle hand.

I have always had a great passion in working with animals. I started off at 14 years old, walking dogs at a local pet rescue. I moved on to training dogs at a pet boarding facility, then was introduced to pet grooming by a good friend of mine who is also a groomer.

I enjoy grooming pets and being able to make them feel and look their best. I treat all my “4 legged” as well as “2 legged” customers like family, always providing the best services possible.

Kimberly did a great job on both my dogs! They seemed pretty happy with her, too!

My dogs looked beautiful after their grooming! Kimberly did an amazing job and it was so much easier than taking 2 dogs in the car to the groomer.

How did you get started in this business?

I started working with animals when I was just 14 years old , volunteering my time after school walking dogs at a local pet rescue. When I got a little older, I started working at a dog boarding facilitity where I was  training dogs for basic obedience. Then about 6 years ago a friend of mine who was a groomer for over 30 years, introduced me to grooming . I quickly picked up the trade and decided to get certified at the John Paul Pet grooming School. They’re I learned not only grooming, but also about animal handling safety and how to identify different types of skin issues and what to look for when choosing the right shampoo products to use for your pet.
