Sona grew up in the San Fernando Valley, and lives in Santa Clarita so she knows San Fernando Valley real estate and Santa Clarita real estate front to back. Sona is extremely interested in giving back, through tithing, fundraising and volunteering in the community. Recently, she donated funds for 2 young adults to have full scholarships for attending college in Armenia. The 1988 earthquake there set many citizens back by decades in their dreams to get ahead. Chris Gallatin, our marketing and tech specialist, grew up in Colorado, as an avid Denver Broncos fan, and came to L.A. in 1987 to work in television for ABC Television in the promotions department.After owning a video editing facility for 15 years, Chris sold the business and moved onto sales and technology related consulting. He built our website (www.gallatingroup.net) and others as a matter of fact, and assists with marketing, data mining, scheduling and other intangibles.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet and assess what their goals are, their expectations and their fears. We always listen closelly because we want both our client AND our team to enjoy the end result: a huge transaction made to look like no big deal.

How did you get started in this business?

Sona got her start in 2003, when her brother encouraged her to work for his southbay agency. Both have gone on to reach great highs.

Buyers, sellers and first-time investors.


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We had a client appreciation night in Santa Clarita where we took a large party van out to view all the Christmas lighting decorations. We had pizza, sang carols, and had hot chocolate with our past clients and their happy kids.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Regarding commissions: If an agent is willing to give away a percent of their OWN commission, what does it say about their ability to NOT give away your hard-earned money and equity in your home? We strive to price the home on the button, and the rest takes care of itself.
