What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do when working with a new client is to listen to them. Finding out what their wants and needs are, what they are looking for most in an agent, and understanding their criteria. This allows me to deliver 5-Star customer service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Business Management, I am a certified in Trust and Probate sales. I am also a Certified Divorce Specialist. I previously worked at a law firm for 7 years prior to real estate so I am an expert at contracts and making sure you are protected legally during a transaction.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all types of customers. If you are looking to Sell, Buy, or Invest in Real Estate, I am confident I can exceed your expectations. I assist clients in all types of price ranges ranging from a $250,000 condo up to a $10,000,000 mansion.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you choose an agent who listens to you. So many times Sellers and Buyers choose an agent who is not in tune with their client which will then make the Buying or Selling process unsatisfactory. What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If Selling: Can you break down your selling process? What is your average days on the market for your listings? What is your Sale Price Vs. List Price? How many transactions do you do a year?
If Buying: How many transactions do you do a year? Are you familiar with the area I am searching in? What is your strategy to find me off-market properties that are not listed in the MLS? If I like a property and want to submit an offer but there are already multiple offers on the property, what strategies do you have to make my offer stand out and get accepted?
