Just so you know, she was a “no show” on two separate occasions. My 92 years old mom waited over an hour for her the first time. She didn’t bother letting me know she didn’t have the address even though she had my cell. The 2nd time she confirmed she’d be there several times in response to texts. Then less than an hour before she was scheduled she told me she might not make it. Unprofessional.
