We have built our dog daycare on a culture of love. This word is used liberally in the industry, but for us, it is an important determinant of whether or not someone is qualified to work for us. We want people who truly, 100% care for and love dogs (and how can you not, right?).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are invited to call or email us to set up a tour and assessment. Because our dogs interact in open play groups, all of our dogs undergo a behavorial assessment to make sure they are friendly and like to play in groups.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff is experienced and is trained in dog behavior, health and care. Our dog trainers are experienced and certified.

How did you get started in this business?
We were inspired by our Jack Russell and wanted a business that could provide the mental and physical stimulation that he requires.

It's all about the people. You need to trust that the people have your best interest and your dog's best interest in mind.
