What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set an appointment for an in-home free consultation. We then meet with our clients to go over their needs, give them ideas and designs, show samples and potentially earn their business.

If a contract is signed we start by making sure our production department is in touch with the customer enable to set up the start of work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our workers/employees are licensed and are trained for their services.

We also make sure that all of our consultants/reps are certified by the CSLB.
