I love love love real estate. I grew up here in the valley and I have been selling homes in the area since 2004. I own several properties here and am well versed in helping owners, investors, first-timers, and old pros. Passion, drive, hard work, and expertise are at the core of what makes us the premier real estate team in the area.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's best to meet in person to go over the whole process and understand from the beginning what to expect. Buying or selling a property usually takes a minimum of several weeks up to several months, so setting the stage and walking through the steps is very helpful for someone looking to buy or sell.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Real Estate Broker license from California. Broker is the highest designation that can be obtained and only a small percentage of real estate agents are brokers. I also hold an e-pro technology certification as well as certifications in luxury property and distressed sales.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
California property commissions are negotiable by law, but we offer the highest quality of service at the best rates. Please feel free to reach out for details.
How did you get started in this business?
After I graduated from University, I was looking for a long-term career where I could really help people. I have always loved houses and I considered going back to school for architecture, but ultimately decided to try my hand as a real estate assistant. I fell in love and my clients begged me to stay in the business and here I am 14 years later still helping folks to navigate the world of real property.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Doctors, lawyers, engineers, banks, lenders, institutional clients, business managers, investors, first-time buyers and sellers, and everything in between. Trust sales, probates, short sales, foreclosures, auctions, and traditional sales. And yet I still manage to find unique situations at every turn.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Record-breaking sales. Lots of those lately. Nothing better than selling a house for more than any other home has ever sold for in the neighborhood.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always research the agent. Google agents and check their reviews. Be sure that your agent offers a service guarantee so that you can feel comfortable knowing that they have to work hard every day to keep you as a client.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Do you want to hire any real estate agent or a licensed Broker?
Are you planning to sell as-is or do some work?
Where are you going after the sale / what are your long-term plans and goals?
