This is Tracy Tang, your premier San Francisco Bay Area real estate portfolio advisor.
Having previously lived abroad in both Hong Kong and Australia helped me to better understand the different motivations and perspective of my clients. My 8 years of background in teaching and more than 5 years experience in the hospitality industry taught me what five star customer service should be.
Relocating to the States gave me the opportunity to "rebooted" my career. Since then I have worked hard to become the local expert in San Francisco's East Bay market. I have personally lived in East Bay's Pleasanton, Livermore, Hayward, Martinez, and RIchmond therefore I have first hand experience in what buying and selling East Bay real estate is like for homeowners. Everyday I strive to vigorously extracted extra value for each of my client and work tirelessly to ensure my client's best interest.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would set up a no obligation initial consultant either via zoom or in person to get a in-depth understanding of what our client needs and how we can help our them. Then we will layout a customized strategic plan on what step both our client and we will take to help our clients achieve their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years of background in teaching and more than 5 years experience in the hospitality industry taught me how to listen and understand my clients so we can deliver five star customer service. My 8+ years in dealing with buyers, sellers, and investors have exposed me to a wide variety of scenarios and project type.

All our plans our tailored to our client's needs therefore we do not have set pricing for our service.
How did you get started in this business?
My interest in real estate actually started when I was in Australia. As a student there I saw the great need for housing and how homeowners came up with creative solutions to meet the housing need of individuals. After moving to the US I further pursued my curiosity on how real estate can help people and started studying the subject more in-depth. I saw that many family and friends were having the same struggles in finding and selling their home and was actively seeking solutions for them. Eventually the same family and friends saw the passion that I had for the subject encouraged me to pursue being a real estate agent as a career.

Home buyers, sellers, and investors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Interview a couple of real estate agents and evaluate the following criteria: the level of local expertise, their knowledge in dealing with different scenarios that may occur, their reputation, not the commission but the value that they provide, how the agent uses technology to help you, their response level, and most of all whom you feel most comfortable working with.
