About

I started training dogs because I not only love dogs but I also love helping people communicate better so they can build a better and safer bond with their family.

I thoroughly enjoy being a part of the bigger bond that develops when the dog and owner feel free and communicate on a much better level with eachother.

    Frequently asked questions

I meet with the potential client at their home. I see how the living situation is with the dog(s) and then ask some questions pertaining to the clients long term goals. I make some recommendations as to what I feel as a trainer needs to be done. If the client and I think these goals can be met then I offer training package.

I have several training options available to meet customers needs.

I started training dogs over 25 yrs ago. I have studied with top trainers of San Diego in many different types of training, from basic obedience to advanced training and protective training. I also have behavior modification experience.

All dog behavior and clients have different needs. I work with the customer to give them a detailed training package that meets their goals. My process are flexible however I am not in this for the money. I usually find a way to make things work because I love dogs and love helping people.

There are more bad trainers out there than good ones which is why I started to train in the first place.

    Best wishes and doggie dreams

I was 19 and in my first house. I had adopted 2 dogs and wanted to raise them to do all the activities I enjoyed such as hiking and binking. I needed them to be solid. I paid a lot of money to achieve those goals. It was worth every penny!

I kind of had a natural ability to train and actually got hired by my trainer when my training was over.

I have done K9 security, ran obedience classes and in home and kennel training.

I have worked with many customers young and old with small and big dogs. This is one of the reasons my pricing is not a standard price. All clients have different needs and abilities. I design programs that work properly.

I donate my time to humane societies and love when I can help with the transitioning of dogs with their new prospective owners.

Make a list of all of the good things and bad things you love about your dog. Make another list of your long term goals. Make one more list on your daily habits with your dog or dogs. What do you want to change and what do you want to enhance.

Use these lists to ask proper questions to potential trainers. There are more bad trainers out there than good ones unfortunately. Make sure you feel comfortable about who you choose to hire.

Dont be afraid to tell the trainer what you expect in the long run. The more information you explain before training the better your satisfaction and results will be.
