What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I try to see what it is that is being requested. And I decide whether or not I can do the service and whether I can do it well. Then I offer a quote. If we agree, I deliver.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years working with moving companies. I have been doing my own thing for the last 5 years, and I have mounted 1000s of tvs. Built 1000s of gazebos. And I also assemble fitness equipment. So bring all your elipticals, treadmills. etc.

How did you get started in this business?
I went to college, I have a business degree. I came out of college to a recession in 2008, and it frustrated me. But I found myself working for a moving company, and I found a lot of opportunty, and I have grown since then. I enjoy physical challenges, and putting together complicated projects.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many tech companies, and I work with a lot of residentuals. I probably have serviced over 3000 people in the last 5 years.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Think about how much time you have, and look for pros that specialize in an area. Nothing beats saving a week of your time hiring the right pro. Do what you do best, so we can do what we do best.
