The Bay Area Staging Company is headed by Peter Lok and his wife Vivien. Together they have successfully co-founded multiple design companies including architectural and construction firm, Design Office; high-end furniture retailer, Laurel Crown; and furniture manufacturer, Satin Furniture. They share a love for beautiful design and with decades of experience in the architecture, interior design, and furniture industries, Peter and Vivien are seasoned veterans who personally head each staging project they take on.

With a fast moving housing market like the Bay Area's, we recognize that presentable, well-staged homes don't sit long which is why we offer the shortest minimum contract lengths in the industry, as well as prorated rates for contract extensions. Furthermore for the budget-conscious seller who still wants standout listing photos, we also offer partial staging and owner-occupied staging services.

The staff consisting of Laurence and Vivien have been wonderful to work with. All my needs have been met and even more than what I can imagine. They are very flexible to my needs and wants--they don't impose anything. They are also trustworthy; I just gave them the keys and they worked without me around. Vivien first assisted me in choosing the right color for the painter to use. She made sure it fit with the style of the house. Then she made several trips to make sure she'd bring the right furniture to make this house as attractive as can be. Then she brought all the furniture and staged it to perfection. Her staging accentuates the strengths of the house in ways I never thought of. When I looked at the house afterwards, I thought, "I never noticed that wood paneling before! Or how bright this room can be!" My whole family feels using Laurence and Vivien was an outstanding choice.
