Leni & his crew did a brilliant job for us. Within 2 days they had demolished the existing patio and removed all the mulch from our yard. The concrete pour was done professionally, with the correct boundaries and rebar.
We did run into a small hiccup with the depth - the concrete came up higher than expected, preventing us from being able to open the yard door. However, Leni and his team found a solution to the problem and ensured our door was functional before the project concluded.
We also laid new top soil and sod, and installed a sprinkler system. Its been 2 weeks and the sod has taken very nicely.
Leni is easy to work with, flexible, fair and professional. He estimated 2 weeks for our project but overdelivered by completing the work in only 8 days!
We will definitely be calling on Leni for any future yard work or concrete projects. Thank you Leni for helping turn our garden into the beauty it is today!
