What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
compromising in big & small ideas they’d are the truth factor of alignment to achieving a concern or project from start to fruition & to keep communication channels on at all times as well to mutual respect.
Contractor are your home Doctors we wouldn’t be putting our safety at risk with unlicensed Doctors.
In my practice as a general contractor I’d have seen & heard & experience a lot of home owners over paying for services by unlicensed ,contractors. My advise is no matter how small, medium, or big your project is always contact a license professional to guide you with your concern.

The more you communicated with contractor, architecture, or engineer the more clear communication gets.
It helps a lot to have a visual or picture ideas for a quick take off, but is not necessary we can always customize an idea that can fit the budget.
