What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to get an idea of the scope of the project and the project construction budget. The idea is to make sure the project is viable for the client and to see if there is a mutual interest to have a face to face meeting. Once we have seen the site and talked with the client about their needs and budget we develop a proposal to do the work.
