We had been trying to buy a house in SD since 2019, and despite putting offers in, we never had a chance to secure a property. We didnt know at the time, but we were working with a bad realtor who wasnt being honest with us. She was not available when we wanted to tour homes and make offers. Thankfully, we found Matthew who quickly responded to emails, phone calls, and text messages. Hes a true professional and knows how to navigate the real estate waters like a true professional. I honestly didnt think this would have happened but we finally had our offer accepted after working with Matthew. My only regret is what would of happened if we contacted Matthew years ago.. We could of purchased a home behind the market spike and got a better deal, however, Im happy we worked with Vanguard and Matthew.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Scott and Matthew. We were first time home buyers in this very competitive market and had no idea what to expect.
