What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting / site visit to define scope. Next meeting will go over concepts presented to the client. After defining scope of work, expectations, and narrowing down a concept Desiger will develop and specify all elements of design for client approval. Designer provides Project Management & oversees construction and project wrap up.
