About
Hello!
We are Daniel & Tori, proud owners of San Diego Dog Training, offering our in-house/home boarding & Board-&-Train Program at our facility.
3951 Texas St.
San Diego, CA 92104 (North Park)
We train and board out of our 3 bedroom home, where two of the 3
three bedrooms are dedicated as dog play-&-stay rooms, a doggy race track turfed all the way around the house for the dogs to play, an outdoor day room/sun bathing/play corral, and much more! We allow the dogs to free roam the home along with our Service Dogs in training; walking multiple times a day, let the dogs sleep with us, socialize with over 10 other dogs that come for periods of the days to train/board/board-&-train over-night, and overall treat them like family as you do at home! :)
San Diego Dog Training is your hub for all your dog training needs! We offer all types of training(s): Service Dog, Therapy Dog, Aggressive rehabilitation, social anxiety training, Separation anxiety training, puppy training, rescue dog rehabilitation, behavioral modification, and more!
We do it all from a 2 week Board-&-Train program, 1-on-1 training, and classes! We are owned and operated by a 16-year seasoned Animal Behaviorist and have worked with over 1550 dogs!
We would love to set up a free consultation so you can come-by our home facility, view our location, and let our Owner, Animal Behaviorist & Canine Conversationalist, Daniel, do a free evaluation via taking your dog for a walk, while Tori speaks with you about our boarding, training, pricing, and combo deals so that while you're away, your dog can get it all, only here at San Diego Dog Training!
Text or call today to schedule your FREE consultation and doggy evaluation because at SDDT "We got this Sit!"
We can get you scheduled in as early as today/tomorrow and can't wait to meet you and your best friend!
Very Sincerely,
Daniel & Tori Runewicz

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Out the gate, we want you and best friend to join us for a free consultation($125 Value)! At our consultation, you meet with our very own Canine Conversationalist, Daniel! When we meet, Daniel will do a full behavioral evaluation of your pup or pooch. Then we offer you only the most precise and cost efficient options based on your dogs abilities/capabilities as well as your goals & desires for your furry friend!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are evaluators, trainers, behaviorists, and a Canine Conversationalist. We are certified by the American Red Cross(for k9/feline first aid), American Kennel Club(AKC), and more!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes,
Our Board-&-Train Program starts at:
Puppy: $3,000.00
Behavioral Modifications: Starting @ $3,500.00
(Aggression, anxiety, skittishness, social anxiety, and more)
1-On-1 Training(Client & Dog): $100.00
At 1-On-1 Training sessions, we teach you and your dog how to work together to get the best results by being trained by an Animal Behaviorist or Canine Conversationalist.
How did you get started in this business?
We rescued our first dog when I was 3, and there it all began! A life dedicated to saving and maintaining the most dogs I could!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all dogs from puppy to rescue to full on Service Dogs! We work with training children to the elderly. At San Diego Dog Training our motto is "Big & Small, We Train 'Em All!".
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't be oversold and under serviced by a cookie cutter program for dog training. Take your time and think about where your best friend belongs and how important this is to the both of you or the whole family. We are often told we are far underpriced for the services and quality of service that we provide, but it's not work when you're doing what you love and changing lives for the better!
