My service stands out because I am offering a more holistic approach to grooming by coming to the pet and pet parents home where the pet most feels the most comfortable and safe. The other benefit with this approach is the pet parent can be there during the process and watch everything if they like or go have a cup of coffee or get some work done all while your pet is still at home. I am also very open to suggestions from my pet parents you know your animals better than anybody so I am there to accommodate your needs and wants. I am definitely not a groomer that is set in their ways and thinks that their way is always the best way I learn something everytime I groom I think that's part of what makes it so much fun. Plus I'm just a fun person to be around LOL 🤗🐩
I have worked with animals off and on my whole life. It started when I was 3 years old and my mother told me I had a huge saint Bernard pulling him by a rope down the street trying to bring him home I guess I had " set him free" from his yard which I guess I thought was a cage! I have always had pets of my own I currently have three dogs and they are my best friends I'm 50 years old and feel so blessed to have found my passion in life. I love every aspect of my work and I don't consider it a job because I love it don't get me wrong it is definitely hard work but the rewards definitely outweigh the work 🤗🐩

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set an appointment over the phone I confirm by text usually the night before or the morning of and I come to your home I typically use a sink a bathtub or I can bathe outside. I use drain protectors to prevent fur from going into the drain I clean up everything before I leave I have all my own gear my table etc and I can set up pretty much anywhere for extremely large dogs what I usually do is the pet parent will meet me at the nearest self washing shop and I will thoroughly clean the dog there, however I am perfectly comfortable with any size dog being washed at the home that is just completely the pet parents preference . I am completely open to the pet parent being present or not I just asked that there be someone home I do not feel comfortable being in someone's home alone until a relationship has been established through a few grooms.it has really proved to work well especially with very busy self-employed pet parents and dogs with aggressive or anxiety issues, I have open arms for all dogs even ones that can be problem kids.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have groomed over 1000 dogs and I am always involved in ongoing training and education in not only grooming, but in quality and safely animal Care.

My pricing is simple. I do not "upsell" anything, my prices include everything nose to tail. The only variation would be how far I will be traveling.
