I like that the groomers are not scared of or put off by my big dog having a bit of a baby fit every time the dremel comes out. Thank you for the understanding and the excellent care!
Groomer was kind, professional, and put me at ease. My big puppy didn’t like experiencing a nail grinder for first time but the staff was calm and helpful and got him through the process quickly and with treats. The groomer offered me a generous package deal since I need to come back once a week until his quicks are receded to the proper length, which is much appreciated. I’ll be back next week for round 2 of puppy pedicure. I like this place, would recommend, and will probably eventually bring my fluffy cat in for little booty fur trim now that I’ve found a trustworthy groomer.
