What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call me to discuss their needs. I advise them as to the best coarse of action and schedule an inspection of their home or problem they are trying to define or repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the construction and engineering construction industry for over 50 years. In my 20's I worked as an apprentice for a German Architect for 5 years.
In 2010 we won the Best Total Remodel in the San Diego Home and Garden Magizine.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Foundation inspections with manometer floor level survey is in the range of $550.00 to $750.00 depending on Sq. Ft. of the home and level of problem.
How did you get started in this business?
When I came to San Diego in 1983, I went to work for a Soils Engineer and found there were massive soils and foundation issues in San Diego. I specialized in developing systems of repairs to correct these conditions, cost effectively.
