What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you call in, We set up an appointment to give you a free Written estimate. The written estimate includes our 5 million dollar insurance policy, vehicle insurance policy, Certifications list and our W-9. Once the service agreement is signed by the customer the job will be scheduled. The technitions will not leave until the customer inspects and signs off on the cleaning. The customer service representitive will call after the job is completed to verify satisfaction. The office will send over the after service reports with any deficiencies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Technitions recieve training from the N.F.P.A. 96 and the A.N.S.I. /I .K.E.C.A. C-10 Standards. Our Tecnnitions are either certified as P.E.C.T, C.E.C.T., C.E.C.S, and or the C.E.S.I. designation. These certifications are administered by I.K.E.C.A. In adition our technition have continuing education traing twice per month. Safety meetings are done every two weeks and a tailgate safety meeting is performed before every job begins.

No, we price the jobs acording to the amount of man hours we estimate it will take, including travel time. When we give you a price, thats it. There are no add-ons or upsells.
How did you get started in this business?
In 2004 there was a real need for qualified and certified commercial hood cleaners in the inland empre area of southern California. So we Started providing that needed service and have now expanded into a complete commercial cleaning company.
