Friendly, Professional, highly recommend them. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t helping the concrete dry. They stayed till it set up so they could finish it off.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer I usually talk to them and setup an appointment for a time that works for them and I go out and take measurements and then give them an accurate quote,I do practice social distancing and wear a mask for safety

I’m still in the local 500 union cement Mason for the cement masons

I don't really have a pricing system because every job is different.
How did you get started in this business?
It was passed down from generation to generation,im 3 generation Cement Mason
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of people and some are pick,some some are straight forward and know what they want,some are hard to work with,but I get along with everyone and work with everyone,we all have different concrete need and preferences so I’m understanding.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I did this job in Pomona and it was a stamp job,customer was awesome to work with he loved the finished product,color concrete (Roman Slate pattern) with a picture frame border
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the contractor does the proper steps and accordingly by the book
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Knowing what they want and doing their research and ask questions
