What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to them over the phone and try to give them a quote from there if not visit their property take a look at the job that needs to be done and then I send them a formal proposal by email and go from there

I’m 56 years old been an electrician since I was 20, I grew up in electrical trade my dad was a electrical contractor for over 30 years
